달나라 게임즈(운영: JKCOMMERCE, 이하 "회사")는 게임과 웹사이트를 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다. 이 방침은 회사가 만든 모든 게임(「심해 낚시 수족관」 포함)과 dalnaragames.com 웹사이트에 적용됩니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
회사의 게임은 회원가입이 없으며, 이름·전화번호·주소처럼 이용자를 직접 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 따로 받지 않습니다. 다만 아래 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.

3. 보유 기간과 파기
게임 진행 정보: 기기에 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 바로 삭제됩니다.
문의 이메일: 답변을 마친 뒤 1년 동안 보관하고 파기합니다.
관련 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 정보(예: 전자상거래 거래 기록)는 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
파기할 때는 다시 살릴 수 없는 방법으로 지웁니다.
4. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁(국외 이전 포함)
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 팔거나 다른 곳에 넘기지 않습니다. 다만 게임 서비스를 위해 아래 업체가 정보를 처리합니다.
안드로이드 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다(설정 → Google → 광고 등, 기기마다 메뉴 이름이 조금 다를 수 있습니다). 유럽 경제 지역·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 처음 실행할 때 광고 동의 여부를 묻고, 동의하지 않으면 맞춤형이 아닌 광고만 보여 드립니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
회사의 게임은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 이용자로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 일부러 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 바로 삭제합니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 열람·정정·삭제하거나 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 이메일로 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다. 기기에 저장된 게임 정보는 앱 삭제로 직접 지울 수 있습니다.
8. 안전하게 지키기 위한 조치
필요한 정보만 최소한으로 다루고, 문의 이메일은 접근 권한을 제한한 계정에서만 관리합니다.
이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 알립니다. 새로운 분석 도구 등을 추가하는 경우에도 이 방침을 먼저 고칩니다.

Introduction
Dalnara Games, operated by JKCOMMERCE ("we"), respects your privacy. This policy applies to all of our games, including Deep Sea Fishing Aquarium, and to the website dalnaragames.com.
1. Information we process
Game progress (coins, gear, collection, aquarium, settings) is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers.
Advertising: Google AdMob may collect your advertising ID, device information, IP address and ad interaction data to show ads, grant rewards for watched ads, and measure ad performance.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never receive your card details; we only use order information (order ID, item, time) to confirm and restore purchases.
Support: if you email us, we receive your email address and message.
We do not require an account and do not ask for your name, phone number or address.
2. How we use it
To provide the game and save your progress, to show ads and grant ad rewards, to verify and restore purchases, and to answer support requests, fix bugs and prevent abuse.
3. Retention and deletion
Game progress is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data. Support emails are kept for one year after we reply and then deleted. Records we must keep by law are retained for the period required.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android device settings. Where consent is required (for example, the EEA and the UK), we ask for your consent on first launch; if you decline, you will only see non-personalized ads.
6. Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13 (under 14 in Korea), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or a halt to the processing of your personal information at any time by emailing us. You can delete on-device game data yourself by uninstalling the app.
